Our fleet of NGS machines includes Illumina's Miseq and NextSeq, Complete Genomics' G99, and Oxford-Nanopore's MinION and PromethION (see Single Molecule Sequencing. Our NGS services cater to the needs of each specific client, but our lab is particularly suited to the sequencing of targeted genes, small genomes, amplicons, RNA, metagenomics samples, and antibody screening.

Our library preparation services are flexible to accommodate our client's varied needs. Whether it needs to be PCR-free, cleaned with a particular brand of magnetic beads, indexed with a specific set of barcodes, or converted between platforms, we are happy to help. We can also sequence user-prepared libraries.
